Free U.K. Shipping on orders over £30. Free international shipping on orders over £80. Express shipping at an additional charge.

PROCESSING TIME

Ready to ship items: 1-3 Days
Handmade items: 3-14 Days
All nails are 100% handmade! (except for the nail accessories). 

Once processed and shipped, depending on the shipping method, it should take around 5-12 business days to arrive.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and any unforeseen circumstances. Also, customers should be aware that there may be additional customs and duties fees for international orders that are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST A NAIL? WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED

We provide replacement nails. If you lose any nail pieces, just let us know, and we’ll gladly create replacement nails for you.

REUSING YOUR NAILS

All our nails are reusable and made with high-quality salon-grade materials, ensuring they are strong and durable. If the nails remain in good condition after removal, you can use them multiple times.

  • Using sticky tabs: The nails can be reused repeatedly. Simply clean off any leftover sticky tabs from the back of the nails before reapplying.
  • Using liquid nail glue: Gently remove the nails, and once off, carefully file away any excess glue from the underside.

Be patient and gentle during removal to protect your natural nails and keep your press-on nails looking flawless for their next use.

TIPS FOR LONG-LASTING PRESS-ON NAILS

To maximise the longevity of your press-on nails, follow these tips:

  • Avoid water for at least 2 hours after application.
  • Refrain from using cuticle oil immediately after application, as it can make the glue slippery.
  • Wear gloves when washing up or cleaning.
  • Avoid using your nails to open cans or packages.
  • Avoid hot baths, as heat can weaken the glue.
  • Store your nails back in their box to prevent losing them.
  • Do not trim or cut the press-on nails, as this can break the top coat barrier and lead to chipping.
